Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Bob Ross moved to approve the Nov 28 minutes.
  Mike LaBonte seconded the motion.  Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to draft IBISCHK7.0.0 contract
  - Draft 1 created.

- Bob Ross to write bug reports for new issues:
  - Not yet

IBISCHK7 parser development contract:
- Mike showed contract draft1.
- Mike: Is QA item 3 correct?
- Bob: Yes.

- Mike showed a document sent by Bob, summarizing the types of changes
  required for each BIRD.

- Bob: Some BIRDs are editorial, no code changes required.
  - It will be necessary to open each BIRD to see what is needed.
- Bob described a number of checks that will be needed.
- Bob: We will get lower cost and better results by specifying details.

AR: Mike LaBonte to post IBISCHK7 parser contract draft 1 .
AR: Mike LaBonte to add change details to IBISCHK7 parser contract draft 1.

New IBISCHK bugs:
